Top Foil Applier is designed to apply a piece of PE sheet onto the load. It¡¯s usually integrated with automatic pallet wrapper, rotary arm wrapper or just a semi-automatic pallet wrapper. The load achieves water-proof effect after side wrapping with top cover, and has maximum protection in storage or transport. HennopacK MT107 could also be used to place a piece of PE sheet onto an empty pallet for humidity or dust proof from the bottom before palletizing.

Top sheets can even be applied mid-way through the wrap cycle for maximum weather proofing. A load is discharged from the palletizer and enters the Top Sheet Dispenser, where it pauses while the top sheet is applied. Once the top sheet has been applied, the load continues down the conveyor to the wrap zone. After wrapping, this load will be stored out of doors. The top sheet will protect the load from moisture and dirt. |
